Manish is co-founder and CEO of TikaMobile bringing a wealth of experience in medical device, pharma, and bio pharma product launches and is an expert in delivering the benefit of enterprise business intelligence to every level of the organization. He has been involved in executing, and refining product launches strategies for clients in Urology, Orthopedics, Critical Care, Cardiovascular, CNS and Oncology. Manish has held a variety of leadership positions in life sciences, banking and consulting and has over 20 years of BI experience, most recently at MicroStrategy, where he led the mobile BI practice in the Northeast. Manish earned his engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a premier engineering institute in India and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the NYU Stern School of Business.

John is the Vice President of Sales and Commercial Execution Lead for Lundbeck’s U.S. psychiatry business unit. In this role, John leads the psychiatry sales force and oversees the development of strategic sales plans to meet sales goals. Mr. Arena also works closely with Lundbeck’s co-commercialization partners at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals and Takeda Pharmaceuticals to ensure seamless field execution
Rafael has over 20 years experience in the BI Industry starting at Microstrategy where he was VP of Sales. Rafael recently moved on to a senior role at Qliktech, a leading BI platform vendor.
Fred works with the board of directors on sales and marketing strategy, product development, and overall strategic direction. His experience has been gained from 30+ years in the pharmaceutical industry. Fred began his career in the industry as a sales representative for Eli Lilly and Company and Mead Johnson. Most recently, Fred spent 10+ years with Celgene, retiring in 2010. At Celgene, he built and managed a global marketing research and business intelligence function. In addition to his pharmacy degree, Fred holds a JD degree from the Temple University School of Law, and an MPA from Penn State University.
Fatih is an IP strategist, tech entrepreneur, and investor. Previously he played a significant role in the research, development, and invention efforts of InterDigital Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC), where he was recognized as the company’s most prolific inventor. Dr. Ozluturk is the inventor on approximately 185 U.S. patents and 180 pending applications, many of which have been licensed by the market leaders in wireless communications. He is also the founder of Patentory, an online platform to search, evaluate and file patent applications. Currently Dr. Ozluturk is a Principal of Soryn IP Group, a patent management and advisory firm dedicated to helping tech companies and innovators, as well as the Director of Patent Strategy at Liquid Patent Consulting. He is an angel investor and venture partner at ER Accelerator, and regularly teaches workshops on patents and technology in the New York City startup community. He is the author of the book Patents Simplified: Entrepreneur’s Guide to US Patents and Patent Applications. Dr. Ozluturk holds an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
