Medical Information Request (MIR) Management

The module provides the abilities for MSLs to create and submit eMIRFs , as well as manage the eMIRFs that are assigned to them. The in-built workflow enable the automation of eMIRF routing to the assigned MSL or to the integrated MI vendor, notifying the MSL of newly assigned eMIRF, alerting of outstanding eMIRFs. Integration with external MI vendor can be set up seamlessly.

Interaction with Outcomes and Insights

TikaMSL's Interaction module has the built- in workflow to provide MSL with the ability to input Outcomes when they record an interaction. Outcomes can provide additional insight into the conversation between the MSL and the HCP, and how that aligns with the overall strategic objectives of the organization. TikaMSL app has inbuilt analytic capabilities that will allow the management team to keep a pulse on the customers development. In addition, the MSL field team can access the same analytics and keep track of their customers.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management

This built-in module gives the MSLs the abilities to identify the HCPs, and track and manage the development of those HCPs into KOLs. Automated workflows are available to help tier and segment the KOL based on the predefined requirements, and to allow for easy KOL engagement planning.

Announcements, Alerts & Notifications

This module enables quick and easy broadcasting of announcements, news, and other information throughout the organization. It also makes sending alerts and notifications to specific team members or groups easy. The system is highly configurable and lets users automate alerts and notifications based on specified criteria.

Clinical Assets Management

Equip MSLs with most up-to-date clinical studies, industry reports, thought leadership material, and key messages. MSLs can easily view materials whether on their desktops or when in the field through iPads or mobile phones as a variety of file formats, including videos published to the app or streaming from online video sharing sites.
