TikaMobile offers capability that can be used to send pre-approved emails to HCPs. These emails are in HTML format and cannot be edited by the sender. Sampling

Today’s regulatory environment requires the strictest pharmaceutical sample accountability standards in order to maintain compliance with PDMA, DEA and 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines. The Sampling module Integrates directly with sampling vendors through TikaPharma’s bi-directional data integration. Reps can drop off samples, pick up sample returns, request a sample for a sample of controlled or expensive drugs, transfer samples from one HCP to another, keep track of inventory based on batch numbers and quantity.

Data Change Management

With the Tika Change Management Module, reps can add a new HCP and record the interaction without waiting for the database to update. TikaDCM also offers MedPro integration which allows reps to search data of HCPs nationwide along with their state license numbers. Accessing MedPro data before adding a HCP prevents duplicate entries and reduces the possibility of human error.
