Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Plus provides MSLs with access to customer and KOL details such as demographic information, affiliation, specialty, segmentation, and more. The CRM Plus platform also allows MSLs to manage current KOL information, easily add new contacts to the database, and keep up-to-date on affiliations, such as between HCP and Offices/Hospitals.
In addition, the following features are also available:

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Profiling & Research
This built-in module allows MSLs to identify KOLs, conduct profiling and research, and drive better targeting and prioritization. Full integration with CRM Plus allows for quick look-up of KOL details while conducting research. In addition, the integration also allows for real-time updating of KOL details and easy sharing of information with authorized users within the organization.
Medical Information Request Form (MIRF) Management
TikaMSL’s MIRF Management module provides MSLs with the ability to create and submit MIRFs, as well as manage MIRFs that are assigned to them. Features in this module include:
- Notification of new MIRF assignment
- Management of assigned MIRFs
- Alerts on outstanding MIRFs
- Routing of MIRFs to appropriate parties within the organization
- Seamless integration with master database for quick look-up of KOL details
- Seamless integration with the Sales team’s TikaPharma app to provide status updates on submitted MIRFs

The Announcement, Alerts & Notifications module makes communication easy with all relevant and approved parties throughout the organization. This module enables quick and easy broadcasting of announcements, news, and other information. It also allows for the sending of alerts and notifications to specific team members or groups. The system is highly configurable and lets users automate alerts and notifications based on specified criteria.
Clinical Asset Management Portal
The Clinical Asset Management Portal within TikaMSL allows Medical Affairs, Marketing and other stakeholders to equip MSLs with everything they need to be successful, including the most up-to-date clinical studies, industry reports, thought leadership material, and key messages. The Clinical Asset Management Portal supports a wide variety of file formats, including video published to the app or streaming from online video sharing sites. TikaMSL’s superior user-experience and mobile-first design ensure that MSLs can easily view materials whether on their desktops or when on the road through iPads or mobile phones.
